I'm just hoping with Me spewing info on the site it will move STS to work hard with Jonahs to get a good price.

Really just trying to help by being an antagonist hoping the cost will come down. It does not effect Me either way, I have what I'm going to run and building what i will run later and will most likely pass what I come up with on so guys can build there own twins, if We can get it to work the way We are trying it. It means something to Me if I can help everyone to get better price. I have My little gig going and having fun. It is very intersting stuff. It surprisingly is not all that hard but, what i have learned is the tunng is the big thing and the key, DUH logical of course. But the rest of the mechanics is easy just trial and error till You get pipe bent right and location of turbo in a safe place from heating and melting stuff. Software does most all of it anymore. CAD stuff.
I think it is going to be cool to see Jonahs system when all done. I think it will fit many peoples needs or I would not be working on turbo projects myself for other type rigs. But that price is ridiculous. I have been buying this stuff and have good idea of what it should cost and still make good money. It just angers Me that many times people make something for the Hummers and I think they make it more expensive than needed just cause they figure all those rich guys can afford it. That is why when I was told $7000 to have it set up to get the best function out of the kit and I had to R@D to have it, I told them to all jump in a lake. Then the good guy told Me if I wanted one We could do it without it costing an arm and a leg. Then I just went to work on twins and forgot about single. The material is only around $3700 for twins, give or take a little and part of the cost we increased in upgraded pipe coating We were going to use on the single, STS said We could do on Our own, than was being used in other kits. It was in consideration of some offroading the twin kit so We just decided to use it on twins.
If this kit came out and it was priced at $4000 I would be raving about it. Most of the dealers who I talked to originally wanted $600 to $1000 to install just a upgraded SUV kit already designed. Just put larger turbo and inj. with some extra length in tubing and WALA You got a H2 kit I was told. There was no tuning so I had to pay for wideband tuning as at the time no PCM was available from Nelson for the H2 so, add $550 they said cause i would have to buy the right to the software and pay for the dyno time while being tuned. Ok if I get to keep it.
But, add install to the $5195. At $4000 the install cost is easier to take. But, I guess supply and demand will determine it in the end. If everyone is willing to run out and pay $5700 to $6100 installed then more power to them. The forum if given a good deal could get them off and running which is what should be done. Set of upgraded inj. is only around $550 if that high bought in quanity and the turbo upgraded cost We looked at was very minimal so. $4000 to $4500 should be doable. I think they are putting the larger inj. in kit since they went with larger turbo, Jonahs will know that. Once Jonahs gets the bugs out if anymore occur it will be sweet if priced right. I'm glad Jonahs negotiated a flat install price like He did or when they spent time on the mods to nerf bars and blown fuses would have been expensive, unless STS would eat it. That is one reason I could never get a firm install cost even if off just a little was they did not know what they were going to run into. So when We asked STS to help cover some stuff the cold shoulder came out. I have cause for little respect for co. as well as little trust personally but, great respect for the product itself and the ingenuity.
Just really hoping to help Jonahs to get cost down for eveyone where it should be.
