It does look pretty good though, what color is it? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>It's sort of an oily film. It doesn't get scratched or washed off. It bonds with the metal and you just spray it back on every 6 months or so. It's stuff that's used on oil rigs for their winch cables.
We spray it on all of the farm equipment. You can get a five gallon that comes thick as molasses but you can thin it out with motor oil or something and use a paint sprayer and it will coat everything.
