It was a "symbol of war" he said. He went on to elaborate that the U.S. should not have a military. Period. When pressed, he said the police could protect us from foreign invasion. He was deadpan serious. This was an adult. An elected City Councilman in one of America's largest cities!

Yeah that cox guzzler was on Hannity's radio show yeaterday....Hes not the only one, the whole city of Berkley is like that and they pass all kinds of whackass city stuff. They are very fun and easy to enrage too!
