Those prices at my dealer did not even include install
I shopped around and the best I could find on the UCP was $294 plus $110 shipping but would be a week. The rocker rails were over $700 with shipping. Lucked across a guy selling his. Paid $500 for both and the shipping came to right at $140. All in all, I am happy.
