I think some of you need new bosses. Respect betwen you and your staff are key to a great biz. I'm sure this is more to this story than what we have all heard. Maybe the jackass that was talking behind his boss has had an attitude problem for a while and the BOSS saw it was spreading to other people within the company. My current boss and I get a long great. No secrets, no back talking. Honest, open, and a truthfull realtionship bewteen you and your employees is the only way to go... small or large company!
