The description says that the changer uses a T type connection. Basically both devices connect inline between the factory wiring and the NAV unit. No special input is required for the changer.
I'm not sure Crutchfield sells the adapter (I couldn't find it on their web site). However, I've bought from Crutchfield for more years than I care to remember and their customer service is good. You could call them and see if they can get you what you want. As long as it is the right USASpec part numbers you should be good to go. I would recommend buying both items from the same source.
