3. Different shock rates, same springs.
5. Yes, from what I have been told, but it is based more on the PCMs calibration, not that of the EBCM. The PCM goes into a complete different program when in 4-wheel LO lock. Throttle, trans and engine response is totally different. This is what affects the ABS, since ABS is not only brake pulsation, it is also engine control (injectors shut off, engine retarded, etc. to reduce power).

As a former TJ owner, who thought the TJ was great off-road, I recommend the H3. From the little off-roading I have done in TN, it is better. In addition, there is NO comparison when driving on highways on long trips.
The biggest fault I could find with a TJ was how uncomfortable it was on long trips, especially if there were high cross winds.
