It sounds like the BCM is confused. The turn signal switch is a single wire to the BCM, that sends a different resistance reading for left or right turn signal operation.
The BCM intepretes this difference in resistance and then turns on the right or left signals.
Looking at the diagrams, the only thing I can see that would cause this is the BCM. Unless someone changed the connectors at the BCM, or bent a connector pin just right. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
Any chance this could happen from the water we went threw this weekend.
There is another freaky thing that happened the flashers went on by themselves and wouldnt shut off.The dealer told me they couldnt access the Bcm for some reason.I told them to remove the radio fuse before trying anything and they said that was done.
