cool, my first post. First off, anyone CAN make the trail - but the trail starts further than you guys went, I can take my car to the look out

no seriously that is a lotta dough to go wheel with! There are a lot of other trails around to get your feet wet with. The rubicon has got to be the highest profile trail out there, so we would all appreciate it if you do go that you do NOT make any bypasses and leave the trail as it was before you were on it.

For a fun run I would suggest coming in from the other side and camping at wentworth springs (nice quiet campground) then you can go as far as you can from there. It's a great trail, if you guys do go I'd love to come and help/guide!
