You can get a wire or small cable through a grommit on drivers side firewall pic 1.

You can tap into 12 volt(you will need a fuse on + wire) and ground at battery you must match nut 10mm and double nut it because battery nut acts as tightining bolt and will not exept a eye loop.pic 2.(You can also tap in to 12 volt in the underhood fuse panel on drivers side)

If the horn needs more than 10 amps you need to install a relay . I mounted mine on top of grill/radiator suport in existing hole on drivers side pic3
