That should be an interesting hookup, since like Planohummer explains, the BCM controls both high and low beam voltage as well as ground circuits.
Does the wig-wag flasher leave the low beams alone and just flash the high beams, alternating from side-to-side?
If so, it should not be hard to install the wig-wag via the hi-beam ground circuit (pink wire) into the HI/LO BEAM Relay #70. You will have to install in a ground circuit, since the voltage is constant and does not change with hi/lo beam selection.
