Monsoon comes with any upgraded H3 Stereo System.
6 CD player and MP3 are 2 different radios. Both are compatible with XM but you cannot play an MP3 Disc in the 6 CD changer
I believe the speakers are the same with or without the Monsoon except you get a Sub with the Monsoon
