I picked up a steering wheel cover at AutoZone; I had the same type on my F250 and Tahoe. It feels somewhat like suede. Not only does it protect the wheel from hand lotion (or sweat) stains, but it also doesn't get nearly as hot from the Texas sun!
It's also a nice cushion for long drives.
I can't tell you how many times a valet has brought my truck to me only to get out and tell me how much he liked the wheel cover!
