Most of the tools were pretty standard stuff. A drill, some sockets, and a screw driver. The only thing I "had" to buy was a Dremel tool.
Basically the install involved taking off the plastic piece that holds the Daytime running lamps. That piece is basically hollow, except for another plastic piece inside...
This piece basically looks like |-|-|-|-|-| and is used to keep the shape of the other piece...
You have to take that out and cut out the outline for the guard brackets using a dremel. Then the outer shell you have to cut 2 holes using a hole saw to fit the mounts.
To go back to stock, I'd have to replace the plastic part of my bumper and that's it.
Oh, and there is are 4 holes I think that you have to redrill to make bigger for some beefier hardware...

It really wasn't that difficult and I did it by myself in a few hours...
