Ya know, the large rockets can go "where no man has gone before"! And if someone is really good at what they do in this field, they can fit a large rocket in to a normal sized silo without it effecting the integrity of the silo walls.

But the opening of the silo can be seriously compromised, leading to relocation of future rockets to the rear silo.
