I suppose someone could do that, but I gotta tell you, I had a hell of a time just pulling off the plastic cover from the fuse area. I suppose after a working wiper/washer module, my next request from GM would be a simple latch or even a screw on certain parts like the fuse cover, the center console, etc. It always feels like the damn thing will break before it comes off.
