HUMMERTECH, is totally right in everything he said.
A problem like this can happen on any vehicle. It's not like BMW, Mercedes or even Lexus do not have problems with suppliers.
As Hummertech stated, it is not a design problem, but a manufacturing problem, and the line has been corrected.
