Can you toss some sealer in there, and then 3M tape them on? It would be covered and no one would ever know...unless they read this post!
Here is what body man will do!
Take (sand) the paint/primer off
Fill the hole with HOT metal gun, or filler
Sand it clean, match up the lines
Prime it
Paint it
clear it
Buff/wetsand it
