hey that is complete bull**** !! there are several countries which license can be driven in uae. and anyone can get a uae license with a valid residence visa... and btw there are over 500 registered hummer h2 in dubai alone. and iam a soon-to-be owner of one. i just was in the bank today settling the installment agreement and all.. the services will be done in the chevrolet service center though. 2005 black suv - lux
.. back to the point about license and there is a temporary license also and it is still available..
btw american licenses are accepted to drive in the uae without any uae license.
