What are the differences in these two iPod interfaces?

--Neo iOn - from mp3mycar.com



or

--Axxess GMIP-01 - from jpcustoms or audiooutfitter



I know some on here have the Axxess and it's $80 cheaper but the Neo looks like a completely different interface. Just not sure if it adds any additional features.
