Phil,
Have you seen the hub adapter that mounts on to a normal balancer which has fingers that goes into each hole simulating a hubcentric fitting?
Though my wheels are not a hubcentric fitting, we used that adapter. The other thing is, we got a better balance from doing a static balance on the machine that doing the inner/outer setup.
