Do a reset with by disconnecting the negative battery cable as Keith mentioned. Also make sure the connectors are snapped in all the way.
One word of caution, always disconnect the negative battery cable for safety reasons. You do have air bags in the car, and disconnecting the neg. battery cable shuts the system down.
