Put sealant in and remounted the covers. No vibration or noise. Damn it, I was too late. My very first post here was a few weeks ago when I purchased my H2 and had this annoying rattle. After tightening and then removing the visor, I played with the reveal moulding at the top of the windshield.
It almost seemed like you could feel it on the windshield post. Having being in the bodyshop business for over 20 years, I'm used to finding rattles and squeeks.
I shook the post covers and typed in rattle in this search and WHAM, there it was. Windshield post rattle.
Perhaps the dealerships need to log on here.
