I took the sidesteps off for my roadtrip to WI. I was going to do some moderate wheeling on last Sunday and didn't want to rip them off. <span class="ev_code_RED">Did you get better gas mileage with them off?</span>

The steps are great for reaching up to the ski rack. I'm only 5'7" and reaching up onto the Gobi rack, they help a lot.<span class="ev_code_RED">Wow, Tim. I thought you were a lot shorter than that.</span>
