I have found in the past the best place to mount an air horn is under the truck. You can mount it in the frame rails anywhere from front to the rear of the truck. Just tilt them down a bit so water and stuff will run out. Walla! Now your engine compartment looks untouched and you get the full sound of the horns! I did this on a camaro back in 87 and boy was it off the hook! I had them hooked up to my alarm and one morning soon after it was tiggered "WOW"! My buddy said he could hear it four blocks away!
