Ken, Good pick up in the subtle comment I made!
Everyone has to understand that 1/4 mile times are a function of HP to weight ratio, and then the correct way to get that HP to the wheels and for the tires to stick to the track. Easy theory--hard to do.
The weight of the H2 is a killer so HP has to go way up to get low 1/4 mile times. Then, with high HP, all the stock components past the flywheel to the wheels can break easily, if not on the first run, then over time.
I broke a front driveshaft on my first run. Transmission upgrades, u joints, driveshafts, diff gear changes, axel upgrades, rires, etc. add up to big bucks over time.
