The reason I declined the offer to enter a private topic is that that way there's no way to re-interpret what was said at a later time. This doesn't give me any gratification at all. I know that no matter what I say you'll continue to keep your head firmly planted in the sand.

Jealous god? Just great. Ever have a jealous girlfriend? It sucks and it's not healthy. If god wanted unconditional love he should have created a planet full of dogs. But he gave us free will, so he must have done it for a reason.
Do you have children? Do you want them to grow and flourish, expanding their minds and horizons, helping them up when they have fallen and sraped a knee, sending back out to play. Or do you want them to go through life constantly thinking of how to please you, fearing your wraith if you become displeased?
