check Chuck Kopelson's site for all things hummer (
http://www.flashoffroad.com). He states that in the years since '92, there have been 618 gas powered hummers built. Around 10,000 total civilian models as of the end of '03. The real gem to own is the 2000 slantback -- only 39 made and a damn nice looking truck.
