Ordering my 3 in the next couple of weeks...
YELLOW/BLACK leather, trailer, flat black rails, flaps, engine heater, rubber mudders front to back, window vents, side curtain air bags etc etc

not into chrome/ want to accessorize in black as much as possible. I know of black locking fuel door, black brush guards, black roof rails but has anyone seen a BLACK UPPER HOOD GRILL?
I see lots of chrome, stainless, billet but no black.
Also looking for sharp black wheels ( not many in black out there)

a question?? In off roading if you get the adventure pak wouldn't you be better off with the manual tranny instead of the auto?

Another question? I live in South Florida, the US capital of auto theives. Just how good is the alarm system on the 3? I live with the CLUB. Even if I go into Burger king for 10 minutes the club goes on. Any other suggestions for improving security? I know a yellow 3 will stand out going down the road but insurance claims are a PITA.

Thanks in advance for all your answers... </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

After years of off-roading, I prefer an auto to a manual, just easier to control, don't have to ride the clutch when stopping on a steep incline, climbing big rocks or when stuck in sand. But that is my opinion, and believe me, others will disagree.
The stock alarm and anti-theft is what it is, if someone wants it, they can steal it, and I don't care what alarm system you have.
As for the club, should I tell you with a hacksaw and about one-minute, I can through your club on the ground and drive away? You club hooks to the steering wheel in two positions. Steering wheels are heavy plastic. I saw two spots one each side of one of the hooks, that part of the wheel that the hook is over now falls away, and the club falls to the floor.
Seen it happen quite a few times. Same with the one that attaches to the wheel and the brake pedal.
