Those who know me on this forum know that ever since I've joined I had planned to wait for the 2004. No, it's not been easy. But in an unusual moment of irrational exuberance (and MAC you may want to sit down for this) I went to this dealer after work today to buy the 2003 at this discounted price.
So I walk in the dealer and asked about the offer. Funny because the dealer did the exact thing that SONA said on another thread where he went in the back to talk with the manager, took 15 minutes, came back with a pencil behind his ear acting like he had to do all sorts of research to find out the status. He says that they had one H2 at $44,999 and someone JUST put a deposit on it an hour ago. Boy do I have bad timing.

I know this one sales guy pretty well now so I started teasing him and he admitted that it's just to get customers in the door. Lots of competition from other dealers putting up similar adds he says. He did offer me what he offered in the past, $2K off of MSRP for the 2003.
So back to the original plan, 2004 baby - bring it on! But now, if I wait for the 2008 H4...
