Recently while using a loaner H2 (Not yet taken delivery of my 2004), my neighbor offered the following:

"you are NOT really buying one of those, are you???"

My Reply: ABSOLUTELY

"it is a socially irresponsible vehicle"

My Reply: THIS IS AMERICA

What is your oposition??

"It's size, it's fuel consumption."

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Recalling that I so often see a Lincoln Navigator parked (VisitoR0 in his driveway, I offered "If this is your response to the H2 then I feel sorry for the (&$*^# you must have given your Linc Nav owner." He was totally surprised and I continued:

The H2 is EXACTLY the same HEIGHT
1 inch wider
Less than 6% heavier
Gets about 2.5 miles less MPG
and is 16 SIXTEEN inches shorter.

AGAIN he was stunned.

I went on the suggest he investigate and speach from knowledge rather than ignorance. Lastly I suggested he check out the Excursion amd Denali XL.

I haven't heard from him since. I suspect he is doing his homework now . NOT!! He would rather be ignorant and believe the tree huggers.

I plan to park it on the strret in front of his house OFTEN
