Does anyone know if I could install an OEM rear air suspension complete assembly on an '03 H2 that did not come with one? Does it just involve removing the rear springs and installing the air shocks, the compressor assembly and wiring....and is it worth it??

You can buy aftermarket airbags and install them. The ones I've seen allow you to manually control the pressure in them, and there are two pressure guages that would need to be mounted in the cab. Actually, we have this system mounted on an Excursion and it works very well for load leveling. The airbags are mounted next to the leaf springs.
