Currently H2 is not generally legal as it is in Europe (in European Union). However, with different modifications some countries acctept it. Here in Finland we have to change the head lamps, wind shield and tail lamps. Also bunch of annoying documentation must be provided.
All this because GM has not allowed H2's to be officially to be imported to Europe (bacause of the EU declared modifications and tests that has to be done). There are Hummer dealers across Europe (unofficial) and they do provide all the warranties etc on their own expence. Thats why local GM dealer could be actually better provider of the service than local Hummer dealer. Since the Hummer dealer could be just sales organization.
This all is about to change (Thank God!)
