I think that might be the seal in your window. I haven't had that problem yet so I don't know what it sounds like. Is your power steering fluid low for the other problem? You are leaking fluid from somewhere so check them all.
I don't know about the dealers where you are but mine will come pick the truck up and leave me with either an escalade or another hummer and bring it back when finished.
