For my 2004 H2 Hummer I am using the following settings with impressive results:

87 octane

128 mph top end

6100 rpm rev limit

increase shift firmness

gear shifting
(1-2) raise it +3 mph
(2-3) raise it +5 mph
(3-4) raise it +7 mph
