Save yourself the guessing, and it should have the size marked on the backside of the wheel. You may also make sure you have the correct lug nuts!
The wheels look like they are 8.5" wide, because of the way the tire doesn't bulge(But it's hard to tell from a pic).
You should be able to go to your local big rig shop and have your tires balanced a shaved, once you have made sure they are centered on your hub. I would go to a reputable high performance shop, and ask them for the hubcentric adapters to try and get them, and keep them as centered as possible!
