vip,
You may want to try your local auto paint store and ask for some adhesion promoter. It usually comes in a solvent form. All you would need to do is put a drop on the spot and wait a couple of hours, paint it and then you should be able to sand it into shape. The promoter will soften the primer (activate it)and allow the paint then "connect" to it again. Typically, most primers require topcoating within 24 hours to achieve the best adhesion.
