THe holes in the tiles are the best part in my opinion. They allow you to wash your car on top of them. In addition, dirt goes into the holes. This way you do not track the dirt into your house or cars. If you look at my wall next to the cabnits, you will see my GUV (garage utility vac). I run it over the tiles every once and a while to suck up any dirt.
I have been through 2 winters of salt in Buffalo here and there is no wear on the tiles. I got them at Mid America, a corvette site. they were $2.25 each. way cheaper then racedeck.
