hey folks i couldnt find a decent bra for my h2 so i came up with a cheaper and not a bad idea. I did order a bra for the h2, actually two different ones. The first one I kept, it only covers the sides and the top of the hood but not the grill. The second one that covered the grill somebody decided to put the mesh material so you could read the hummer letters on the front grill and then they put solid material vinly over the openings were the air is suppose to go, didnt make any sense to me so off it went back to the distributor. I took aluminum window screen material, didnt want to use the fiberglass material incase it came loose didnt want it resting against the radiator, and I just a piece about 9 inches high or so and and the width of the grills opening. I then marked with a pen hole locations, and then i punched holes in two places for each opening. I then took the material laid in on the inside of the grill, yes the hood was up, and i used those long plastic ties, you know you pull them through and they have teeth on them and you snug them tight, and put two to hold each opening tight. My thought is when i get to my destination which is about 400 miles up I5 into oregon from california i will just cut them off and all the bugs will be gone. It really isnt as much work as it may sound. I just didnt want to be picking bugs out of my whole radiator area after i got home. When i head back i made a second one to go on, hope it works. Oh and make sure you pick out screen that is pretty open so that air flow to the radiator isnt affected, and if slows down the air flow to much, then my trusty scissors will remove it and I will be on my way.

I have a h2 2003 luxury package with sun room and lexani wheels and a hard shell paint matched spare tire cover inside the hummer. Hated the outside carrier.
