Actually working with the 2pc wheels is more costly. Eveything has to be done by hand, no tire machine to mount up the tires. The runflats are a BITCH to work with. Forget removing them unless you have a runflat compressor. Some folks suggest you can compress the runflat with a ratched strap but I don't believe it. I tried one day and I mean one day (hours) and could not make it happen to get them out... Beadlocks are the way to go if you can get them. They are a simple rubber ring that is 1000% easier to work with and locks the bead internally.

I just spent the day setting up a 2nd set of 2pc steel wheels with my GSA/Runflats today. Plan on running these day to day on the street (and in to the ground) and use the PJ's for off-roading.

Neither set is balanced but I am using Centramatic balancers. The work ok on the PJ's, pretty much rocks to hell after 55mph. The GSA's run perfect up to 75/80 so far.
