I thought these fork brackets were welded to the guard. Or did you mean "take the brush guard off the car"?
Sorry for asking for the details, but I don't do it myself (I got two left hands, when it comes to work on cars...

), but need to give the guys at the garage a detailled description on how to do it. So I want to avoid any misunderstandings.
