I use 87 myself. That is what the recommend so that is what I use. I have a friend that only puts in 90 because he gets better mileage. I calculated it one day and showed him how yes he might get slightly higher mileage but it is actually costing him more. He still puts in 90 though
On a side note, I can't wait for mine to break in. I have filled up twice, first 13.somthing MPG and the second time was 12.8
