Ok, so it was inevitable. I've got only about an inch of clearance getting into the garage. Unfortunately, without me knowing, the garage was stopped just before it was fully open, and I backed into it. Fortunately, the only real damage is a nice scratch on the top of the lift gate, and two or three good scratches right up and over the rear brake light. I'm definately glad they put that black plastic trim around the top of the vehicle . Anybody know a good way to remove the scratches from the rear brake light plastic? I'm thinking about using some sand paper 600-2000 grit to smooth it down, and maybe some clear epoxy or something to fill it in. Anybody got any experience or any ideas?
