I know its not the end of the world but, I am sitting in my home office watching the plumbers jack hammer my living room floor looking for a major water leak. The leak is under the slab and is in a hot water line. All of my floors are hand scraped hardwood and all are ruined. That's 3000 square feet of hardwood ruined. Preliminary estimate 25,000 bucks. Homeowners insurance deductible is 1% of home value so I will be paying about half. CRAP!
