I got 3 good chips in my first month, then none for the last 6. Go figure, since I'm spending more time off road/gravel now than before. I figure they don't annoy me that much, I'll just wait until I get some good crack, then have insurance replace the whole thing.

As far as the clear putty they use, I've tried that on other cars and was unhappy with the results (2 different glass places), so I'm not gonna bother . Sounds like other people have had different experiences withthat stuff
