I'm also the same way with people who drive the biggest SUV they can find. You have more of a responsibility when you drive something like that. I'm more likely to give a ticket to somebody doing 15mph over in a Hummer then I am to write somebody driving a Civic doing the same amount over. Whether I'm right or wrong, you decide. Not that this should surprise any of you, but I kind of agree with that. Bigger vehicles cause more damage in the case of an accident. So being more strict on speeding kind of makes sense.
Also, I have never heard of a cop giving a 15mph buffer...I have always heard 10 or more and you get a ticket.
