welcome eric , i work for enterprise truck rental now , but used to work with the car division . we have hand controls that could be fit into any of our rental vehicles for people with physical challenges .
this type of setup should be available , im not sure where to find them but they should be available to the general public . you might try a google search for the controls , probably just let them know its a H3 that you want to use them in . probably a different size than what would be in a Metro
