The Jeep Wrangler and Unlimited packages currently offer a 6-spd manual. They're not really in the same class, but the 2007 Jeep JK Wrangler will continue to offer a 6-spd manual. And the 4-door Rubicon will definitely be in the H3's class.
A few years ago when the Blazer ZR2 was discontinued and the 4runner and Explorer got larger, I thought the era of the midsize 4x4 was over. You could either go small with a Jeep or go extra large with a Hummer, Land Cruiser, Tahoe or Suburban. There wasn't much in between unless you wanted a Liberty or a Grand Vitara or could pay for a Land Rover/Range Rover

. It's sure nice to have some real mid-size choices again.
