Don't fly off and blame the dealer. The campaign being discussed on this thread is for a rear jack, and it was just issued,
and it is issued by GM, not the dealer. So, why is that the dealers fault? In addition, it only covers VINs 68100001 through 68190036, so your vehicle may not be in the range to be recalled. If your vehicle is in the range, you should have, or will receive a letter from GM.
As for the new roof rails, they are not released by GM, yet. So, again, how is this the dealers fault.
I'll be the first to blame a dealer for bad service, or other reasons, but I will also defend a dealer when the problems you list are probably NOT their fault.
