Timmy sounds a little angry to me .. maybe frustrated. I think he tried to get one (H3) and he couldn't pass credit or something. So now he's crying 'sour grapes' while he drives his Geo Metro (or whatever NON-off-roader he drives) while he eyes the H3 from a distance.
